All Oliver Coworking suites feature 24 hour access, including private access to a rooftop terrace, a waterfront patio, and shared conference rooms (no charge). There are multiple kitchenettes and break out rooms. Cleaning 3 times a week, wifi, employee parking, and visitor parking, are all included in rent without additional charge. Leases are available month to month or year to year.
