Christian Dyer, First Vice President
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Dyer was a National Accounts Manager for Peirce-Phelps, Inc. where he was a top producer and Salesperson of the Year in 1991 and 1992. His background also includes the year-long General Electric Company Executive Sales Training Program and over thirty-eight years of successful sales and marketing experience.
Matthew Knowles, First Vice President
Matt has over 15 years of real estate experience, initially joining CBRE in 2006 as a Transaction Manager. During his time at CBRE, Matt has represented many key clients, including several large corporate users. He has completed over 250 transactions for his clients that include various lab, office and cGMP projects.
Prior to joining the Advisory & Transaction Services group, Matt interned with CBRE's Research and Marketing team in Philadelphia, Pa. During this time, Matt assisted CBRE sales professionals to provide demographic analysis, market research, and market forecasting.

Anthony Pell, Senior Associate
Anthony joined CBRE as a Portfolio Coordinator on the Comcast Xfinity Account in January 2016 before being promoted to Transaction Manager in January 2017. He assisted in the completion of over 150 Xfinity transactions in cities around the United States and helped to manage a portfolio of over 500 properties. Anthony joined the Zwengler/Zirk/Knowles Advisory & Transaction team as an Associate in January 2018.
Prior to joining CBRE, Anthony was employed by Valbridge Property Advisors, a commercial appraisal firm, where he specialized in valuations within Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding region.
