PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Philadelphia is home to extensive long haul and metro fiber routes and a major junction for the north-south domestic fiber routes on the east coast. The location provides long-term stability and premier data center services for its customers. LIFE SCIENCES: The building contains state-of-the-art turnkey and build-to-suit life science labs providing space for incubator to graduate level lab tenants. CREATIVE OFFICE: The building lays-out beautifully for creative office users due to it's 12' ceilings, classic mushroom columns, large contiguous spaces and good windowline. It is home to Nerd Street Gamers corporate headquarters and LocalHost street level gaming center.
