HybridCore Homes was born out of both survival and necessity. Late in 2009, already a few years deep in a recession unprecedented in our time, a longtime client of Farrell Faber and Associates (Bob O’Neel of Young America Homes) suggested looking at factory-built housing as a cost-effective solution for his project. Reluctant at first, Kevin and Shaun toured factories (they had a lot of free time) at gradually saw benefits to that world that could be utilized. But, alas, there were still too many other aspects of “prefab” construction that would never sell to their clientele.
