The CSX intermodal rail line runs directly adjacent to the southern boundary of the parcel, providing providing potential for rail-served access that few sites in this market can offer. The site is well suited for container depot operators, drayage companies, motor carriers, NVOCCs, and freight forwarders requiring yard space proximate to both GPA terminals.
