Therefore, in the instance of a sale of the camp, the party who acquires title to the improvements must submit an application for a new permit. The Forest Service is not obligated to issue a new permit to the party who acquires title to the improvements. Therefore, Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence with the U.S. Forest Service to determine whether a new permit can be obtained and under what conditions.
