Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. The rent type will vary depending upon the services provided. For example, triple net rents are typically lower than full service rents due to additional expenses the tenant is required to pay in addition to the base rent. ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Crystal City Shopping Center is one of Tulsa's iconic and oldest landmarks. Originally the site of Crystal City Amusement Park which opened in the 1920's, showcased The ZINGO rollercoaster (later to be relocated to Bell's Amusement Park in Tulsa) and dance hall where Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys performed frequently. Today, Crystal City Shopping Center merchants continue to draw customers in from historic Route 66, Highway I-244, Highway 75 and of course, the surrounding communities that make up North Eastern Oklahoma. Arnold's Old Fashioned Hamburgers (tenant) holds an 'Arnold's Annual Car Show' in the parking lot every year, bringing in many visitors.
