Mason Taylor, Executive Managing Director
Mason runs Cushman & Wakefield’s downtown agency leasing team and is focused on growing the leasing business. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mason spent 17 years with JLL where he concentrated exclusively on landlord representation the past seven years. Mason’s previous experience in property management gives him a unique perspective when it comes to agency leasing. His intimate knowledge of a building’s infrastructure, construction management experience and dynamic personality has earned the respect and admiration of the market’s leading tenant rep brokers and he leverages those relationships to close leasing deals and put his clients at the center of what’s next.

Mason's leasing experience includes the successful repositioning of Aon Center and 515 North State as well as new development projects such as 145 South Wells.
Karoline Eigel, Executive Director
Karoline Eigel is a commercial real estate broker with 20+ years of commercial and multi-family leasing, sales, marketing, advertising and public relations experience. Currently expanding the Healthcare Advisory team at Cushman & Wakefield, as well as the Agency Office team, Karoline is utilizing her expertise in healthcare and life science to grow the burgeoning footprint in the Chicagoland market. Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Eigel lead the leasing team for Harrison Square Chicago, a 13-acre life science and medical office innovation hub located within the Illinois Medical District. As a commercial real estate consultant, she was a principal at MarketHooks Consulting, where she developed and managed an extensive portfolio of leasing programs and marketing initiatives for national and international institutional investors and developers, as well worked with product leasing teams to develop and implement leasing/marketing strategies. Notable clients include CIM Group, GE Asset Management, McCaffery Interests, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, Draper & Kramer, The Trump Organization and Fulcrum Properties. Prior to commercial real estate, Ms. Eigel created and ran the luxury and development marketing programs for what is now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago and worked as a managing broker for some of Chicago's top new construction developments. Paige Krueger, Director
In her role as a Director of agency leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, Paige utilizes her experience in tenant representation and site selection to provide unique insights on the Chicago office market for her clients. Her experience advising tenants in higher education, healthcare, architecture, law and design allows her to bring a comprehensive consulting approach to her clients.

Paige began her career at CBRE working as a Senior Analyst for the National Location Incentives team. In this role she was responsible for negotiating discretionary State and local incentives for national companies identifying favorable markets for relocation and expansion.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she worked in tenant representation at CBRE where she developed new business and negotiated commercial office leases around downtown Chicago.
