Karoline Eigel, Executive Director
As a commercial real estate consultant, she was a principal at MarketHooks Consulting, where she developed and managed an extensive portfolio of leasing programs and marketing initiatives for national and international institutional investors and developers, as well worked with product leasing teams to develop and implement leasing/marketing strategies. Notable clients include CIM Group, GE Asset Management, McCaffery Interests, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, Draper & Kramer, The Trump Organization and Fulcrum Properties. Paige Krueger, Director
Paige began her career at CBRE working as a Senior Analyst for the National Location Incentives team. In this role she was responsible for negotiating discretionary State and local incentives for national companies identifying favorable markets for relocation and expansion.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she worked in tenant representation at CBRE where she developed new business and negotiated commercial office leases around downtown Chicago.
