This building was constructed and formerly occupied by the Westside Church of the Nazarene. They have decided to close down this location and are offering the building and land for sale. This place is awesome… I’d be tempted to buy it as my own personal compound. In addition to a fantastic church campus, I envision this being an after-school facility, daycare, sports/gym complex, or barndominium for someone who really likes to host. Overall, it’s a well maintained property. The Seller did informed me that two of the major HVAC units to the sanctuary is inoperable. It is estimating a cost of $56,000 to replace the unit. Unit could be repaired at a lesser cost but units are now functionally obsolete.
There are two (2) 10 ton units that handle the sanctuary. Two 4-5 ton units for kitchen, bathrooms, storage, and lobby (may need replacement as well). Freon is obsolete. Two 3-4 ton units handle the offices, classrooms, and hallway (new units purchased several years ago). There is 3-phase power available if that is of interest.
