PARK OVERVIEW
Located at the nexus of Interstate 26 and Interstate 95, Port 95 Industrial Park is a state-of-the-art, Class A industrial park currently delivering two buildings at 241,000 square feet and 978,000 square feet. Port 95 marks the gateway to both the Port of Charleston and the Port of Savannah, the two busiest ports in the southeastern United States. All needed infrastructure, including roadway improvements, municipal utilities, electricity (including 5 MW immediately available with the capacity to provide 60 MW), natural gas, a 500,000-gallon water tank, and telecom are in place. More improvements are on the way, including expanded electrical capacity and additional roadway improvements, including an additional alternative connection to Interstate 26. Port 95 is only 13 miles from the 3-million-square-foot Walmart import distribution center, which receives goods rerouted from West Coast ports to the Port of Charleston. The Port of Charleston has constructed a container drop facility at this location, which will benefit area companies.
