Paul graduated from Liverpool Polytechic (now known as Liverpool John Moores University) in 1985, with a BSc honours degree in Urban Estate Management, later becoming a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1988.
Paul joined the business in 1997 to lead the firm’s expansion, after previously working with well-established names such as Dunlop Heywood, Guest Shaw, Storey Sons & Parker and Denbighshire County Council.
