Since being acquired by Novus Equities, LLC in 2014, the 72,000 SF two-building campus has undergone an extensive transformation. The newest enhancements include a quick-casual café offering on-premises catering, modern group meeting space and a business center, and a tenant-only fitness center, featuring modern cardio and strength equipment as well as shower and changing facilities. Our buildings are situated at the crossroads of Northern New Jersey, just off the Garden State Parkway, Parkway Office Campus is a pillar of prominence at the heart of the East Essex County corridor – a focal point of sweeping redevelopment.
