About Towson
Stretching from the northernmost border of Baltimore City to the southern edges of Interstate 695, Towson is essentially the heart of Baltimore County. Home to Towson University, Towson Town Center, St. Joseph Medical Center, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, and a dense concentration of office and multifamily assets, the area boasts one of the Baltimore metropolitan area’s most appealing community atmospheres.
Development levels have soared in recent years. After a decades-long hiatus, developers have flocked back to the area and in the process have brought along a slew of new multifamily and retail projects. As such, the skyline has been filled with cranes for the better part of the past two years, which is not a familiar sight for most residents.
