About Towson

Stretching from the northernmost border of Baltimore City to the southern edges of Interstate 695, Towson is essentially the heart of Baltimore County. Home to Towson University, Towson Town Center, St. Joseph Medical Center, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, and a dense concentration of office and multifamily assets, the area boasts one of the Baltimore metropolitan area’s most appealing community atmospheres.

Development levels have soared in recent years. After a decades-long hiatus, developers have flocked back to the area and in the process have brought along a slew of new multifamily and retail projects. Carl Reinke, Chief Operating Officer
Carl joined Heritage Properties, Inc. in April, 2007 as the Assistant Building Manager. In January of 2009, Carl was promoted to Buildings Manager for the Heritage Portfolio of approximately 2,000,000 square feet. Originally from New York, Carl worked as a Project Manager for Henry Restoration Ltd. He specialized in restoring historic land marks on Long Island. Carl also spent his free time volunteering as a youth lacrosse coach. He is an active member of the Buildings Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as well as the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Carl earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania. In 2011, he completed BOMA’s Real Property Administrator program and received his R.P.A. designation.
