Mr. McCullough co-founded the Lee & Associates Long Beach office in October 2009. Prior to that, he spent 7 years at the Charles Dunn Company where he led a four-person team focused on tenant representation and agency assignments.

Jeff Coburn, Principal
In October 2009, Mr. Coburn joined Lee & Associates as Senior Vice President and Principal and played a pivotal role in opening the firm’s Long Beach office. His previous 7 years were spent at the Charles Dunn Company, where he was continually recognized as one of the company’s top brokers. Mr. Coburn gained his first few years of experience in the industry at Matlow-Kennedy Commercial and Newmark & Company. Currently, he co-leads the Office Services Group who represent local and regional ownerships throughout greater Long Beach and West Orange County.
