Jeff Coburn specializes in the sale and leasing of Office and Industrial properties in the Greater Long Beach, South Bay, and West Orange County markets. After obtaining a B.S. degree in Actuarial Science, Coleman gained experience with Farmer's Insurance on the pricing team, assessing homeowners' policy premiums. He completed Actuarial Exams P (Probability) and FM (Financial Mathematics). In 2018 his skills were transferred to real estate, and gained 5+ years of experience with a land sales and acquisitions company, specializing in the buying and selling of vacant land, purchase agreements, deeds, and revenue operations. Coleman is currently employed with Lee & Associates - Long Beach, with a primary focus on the buying, selling, and leasing of Office and Medical buildings in the greater Long Beach area.
