ABOUT OFFICE CENTER/WEST LBJ
The northern edge of Las Colinas, including the intersection of George Bush Turnpike and State Highway 114, is a popular destination for major companies in Dallas-Fort Worth. The area touts excellent highway access and is within a 10-minute drive to DFW Airport. Centrally located, the area is a common commuter destination for residents of both Dallas and Tarrant counties. John Fancher, Senior Managing Director
Fancher’s expertise spans a broad spectrum of responsibilities including acquisition assessment, capital investment advisory and spearheading repositioning and rebranding initiatives.
