Leasing Team
Adrienne Crawford, Senior Vice President
Adrienne works with Landlords on the strategic redevelopment and repositioning of assets as well as new developments. She excels at creating the desired tenant mix, conducting void analyses and then executing a call program. She is responsible for overseeing marketing for all projects, landlord reporting and other organizational components for the team. She is working on several exciting new developments/redevelopments including Galleria on the Park with Piedmont Office Realty Trust and 99 W Paces Ferry with JLB Partners.
Adrienne has been active in the retail real estate industry since 2004. She began her career as a GIS Specialist with The Shopping Center Group, where she concentrated on marketing and mapping creating aerials and tour books for Starbucks. Adrienne was a Partner at Catalyst Retail Group. She represented Starbucks and assisted with their expansion in Georgia and eventually developed a landlord leasing division for the company. Adrienne worked at SRS Real Estate Partners for 16 years prior to joining Matthews.
Adrienne graduated from The University of Georgia with a BBA in MIS. She received the John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship from ICSC in 2009. She has been recognized as a 2011 – 2013, 2018 – 2019, and 2021 CoStar Power Broker and has received the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club recognition in 2013 – 2018.
Lily Heimburger, Senior Vice President
Prior to Matthews™, Lily worked at SRS Real Estate Partners. During her 14-year tenure, she formed a partnership with Adrienne Crawford, which continues today at Matthews™. The team is currently leasing Inman Quarter for Tribridge Partners and Bank of America Plaza with the CP Group. Her team is also tasked with creating value at Galleria on the Park and Perimeter Summit by curating new restaurant spaces to retain and attract new office tenants.
Lily and Adrienne worked with Paces Properties from inception on Krog Street Market in Inman Park, a redevelopment of the Atlanta Stoveworks. During this three-year venture, she gained expertise with local and regional chef driven restaurants. She and Adrienne worked on the Asana Partners portfolio for 7 years including iconic in-town Atlanta centers like Brickworks and The Plaza on Ponce. She and her team assisted with the redevelopment of The Krog District and Midtown Promenade, adding new national retailers and additional accessibility to the BeltLine.
Prior to joining SRS, Lily was a leasing representative with The Sembler Company where she specialized in retail leasing for existing developments, both third party and Sembler owned, and pre-leasing of new developments. She worked on such developments as: Edgewood Retail District, Midtown Place, Lindbergh Plaza, Park Place, Perimeter Place, The Prado, and Deerfield Place.
