ABOUT STATEN ISLAND

Staten Island is the southernmost borough of New York City, connecting to Brooklyn with the Verrazano Bridge. The island is also connected to New Jersey, with easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike. Direct transit to Manhattan is limited to the Staten Island Ferry, however. It is the least populated of the five boroughs and with a distinctly suburban atmosphere, compared to the rest of New York City.

Amazon is the largest occupier in Staten Island, with more than 1.5 million square feet of distribution space.
