Over his career Mr. Viente has become a market leader in repositioning and leasing up Class A and B assets as well as leading the marketing and leasing for new developments, representing such clients as Granite Properties, JP Morgan, Charter-Hall Office REIT, TA Realty, CB Richard Ellis Investors, LaSalle Investment Management, MetLife Real Estate, KBS Realty, Parmenter Realty, Cousins Properties, Rubenstein Partners, AIG, Crocker Partners, Piedmont Office REIT, Wells Real Estate Funds, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, ORIX, and Brookfield Property Group. Jeff is actively involved with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He holds a real estate brokers license in Georgia.
