Le 2 mai 2022, le premier royaume de Pickleball a ouvert ses portes à Chandler, en Arizona, en grande pompe ! Le club comptait 15 courts clôturés individuellement, une belle mezzanine, un magasin professionnel, un snack-bar, des vestiaires avec douches et bien plus encore ! Après une année d'exploitation et de perfectionnement du système, Pickleball Kingdom était prêt à prendre de l'expansion à l'échelle nationale grâce au franchisage. L'équipe de direction a commencé à examiner les demandes de franchise en mai 2023. La réponse à la possibilité de posséder un royaume fut énorme.
