EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School District is seeking Proposals to purchase the Property that must be submitted to Theodore Jaworski, Controller at Clawson Public Schools, 626 Phillips Avenue, Clawson Michigan 48017, on or before 3:00 P.M. Local Time on November 13, 2023. No phone, fax or electronic transmission Proposals will be accepted. If mailed, no responsibility is assumed for postal delays. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE SCHOOL DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS IN WHOLE OR IN PART. THE SCHOOL DISTRICT ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES CONTAINED IN ANY PROPOSAL OR REQUIREMENTS OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
