Dominic Orcino, Director
Dominic Orcino joined Newmark full-time in 2018 as an associate in the firm’s McLean, Virginia, office. He specializes in providing owners and developers with expertise in lease negotiations, market evaluation, and portfolio management. His responsibilities include evaluating market conditions, property marketing, and tracking prospective tenants in the market.

Previously, Dominic gained valuable experience working as a brokerage intern at Newmark during the summers of 2016 and 2017, when he was an undergraduate at East Carolina University. Upon graduating in 2018, Dominic was immediately hired to begin his career working on the Virginia Agency Rep team. In 2020, Newmark recognized Mr. Orcino as a Rising Star in the company.
Andy Klaff, Executive Managing Director
Andy Klaff joined Newmark in 2016 as an Executive Managing Director focused on Northern Virginia. A consummate commercial real estate professional for nearly 26 years, he has marketed numerous Class A office projects in Northern Virginia for institutional and entrepreneurial owners and developers. He has also represented many well-known national and regional companies within the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.

Mr. Feitel, a lawyer by education, has been in the commercial real estate business since the mid-’80s. Having worked with Trammell Crow, and WRIT, Mr. Feitel was responsible for the management and leasing of significant portfolios of office and retail properties. Since 1996 his firm has specialized in the representation of medical dental, optometry, and healthcare professionals with their commercial real estate needs. In addition, he has professionally represented several different HealthCare institutions. Moreover, his firm has leased millions of square feet of medical office space for a “who’s who” list of medical office building owners.

Also, Mr. Feitel is recognized as an industry leader in healthcare real estate and is a featured speaker at health care summits in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Chicago, St. Louis, Las Vegas, New Jersey, California, and New York. Having worked with hundreds of doctors, dentists, and healthcare providers over the years, Mr. Feitel has learned the “ins and outs” of medical/dental real estate. Since 1996, he has represented medical/dental real estate transactions in excess of one billion dollars.

No commercial real estate broker in the nation is more experienced in the skillful representation of healthcare professionals. Mr. Feitel graduated from The University of Michigan in 1982 and The University of Toledo College of Law in 1985.

Chaz’s listing portfolio includes over 450,000 square feet of medical office space for lease in the Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland markets.

His experience working with both landlords and tenants makes him very efficient and fair when navigating the leasing and sales negotiating process. His tenant-representation experience has also given him access to both national and local medical specialty vendors capable of providing his clients with tailored and quality professional service.  Chaz is a 2012 graduate of Penn State University.
Brandon Fell, Sales Associate
Brandon joined the HPRG team in the Fall of 2021 and is passionately motivated to become an expert in tenant and landlord representation. He has gained plenty of wisdom from his experience for 10 years in the DMV area working side-by-side with physicians in the pharmaceutical and medical industry. Collaborating with physicians, Brandon has partnered with medical practices throughout Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. With a decade of medical experience combined with growing up in Northern VA, Brandon has a true understanding of the intricacies of each unique submarket.

Brandon graduated from the University of Lynchburg with a degree in Communication/Public Relations. He is an avid sports fan, and achieved the honors of becoming an All-American in Lacrosse both collegiately, and in high school. Brandon also enjoys traveling to different countries and experiencing new cultures, scuba diving, and exploring new scenes.
