Mr. Dolan is also the managing partner of various Dolan Group real estate holding companies, The Concordia Group, Green Mountain Associates and several other real estate development and holding companies involved in the development and ownership of investment real estate. Mr. Dolan is also the founder and President of Dolan Company, which are Engineering Design Consultants and a Property Management Company respectively. The Dolan organization also includes our sister company, Green Mountain Construction Company, Ltd., operating in San Antonio, Texas. Although Mike serves Dolan Contractors in various roles, he remains the principle client contact and has primary design responsibility over the various design build projects.
