PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This imposing 3-story building on the corner of Main and Botsford Streets remains a predominant feature of Moncton’s downtown streetscape. In size and detail, it is the best example of commercial Italianate architecture from the early 20th century on Main St. The building has undergone complete renovation but retains its original charm. Erected in 1901 by Lester H. Higgins for his shoe and boot business.
