The total building square footage is approximately 60,000 with about 1500 square feet of office space, and the balance being varied manufacturing and storage space. There is an industrial sized boiler with a biomass system that would convert saw dust by-product into steam to operate the kilns. Six other large buildings are located onsite, as well. Some equipment & machinery remains from the hardwood operation, but could certainly be recycled to re-purpose the spaces. The site is available "as is" with the current equipment intact.
