In this role, he conducts the financial analysis and due diligence on all prospective asset acquisitions, financing, and dispositions and works alongside the CEO and General Counsel guiding the process from LOI/term sheet, to contract, to closing. He also advises the CEO on all asset management and capital allocation matters.
Prior to his current position, he served as Hakimian Holdings' Senior Vice President of Leasing for six years in which he was consistently ranked “CoStar Power Broker: Top Producer in CRE Lease Transactions" (CoStar is the world leader in CRE market intelligence and is an S&P 500 component). His clients ranged from multi-billion-dollar companies (Planet Fitness, Walgreens, Pet Supermarket, Dollar Tree) to mom-&-pop operations.
Prior to Hakimian Holdings, he worked as a Credit Analyst in the Jacksonville CenterState Bank (now SouthState Bank) office analyzing the credit worthiness of CRE acquisition, development, and refinance loans. Before that, he served as a Research Analyst in the Jacksonville CBRE office authoring both CRE market reports and individual asset reports.
He’s a double-graduate of University of Florida obtaining both a Master of Science in Real Estate – Finance (Beta Gamma Sigma, top 5% GPA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science - Public Policy (Phi Kappa Phi, top 5% GPA). He pursued both degrees simultaneously and upon graduation in 2017, was inducted into the UF Hall of Fame for outstanding academic achievement and community leadership.
