Rent Types

In June 2020, First Capital submitted an application to expand the residential density zoning in support of the growth that the area is experiencing. We’re planning for the long-term global redevelopment of this site that is ideally located within a 200 m distance from the upcoming Panama REM (light rail) Station. Panama Station will provide access to downtown Montreal in less than 15 minutes on a high frequency transit service. The City of Brossard is considering the site as part of its future town centre.
