Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. The rent type will vary depending upon the services provided. Columbia Place Mall is the largest two-level, enclosed shopping center(1,094,531 sf) in the Columbia metro area and is home to one of the top producing Macy’s in the district. The center is strategically located in a high density area with population of over 125,000 within a 5 mile radius.
