PROPERTY OVERVIEW
December 1996: Douglas Development Corporation purchased the building from Security Corporation for $2.15 million. Stanton Real Estate represented the buyer, while The Winbury Group represented the seller. Entire building consists of a 3 stories and penthouse section and an 11 story office tower. The building sits on the same block as a very large structured municipal parking lot. In 2009 all mechanicals were replaced and the building was converted to a four pipe system.
