ABOUT CORAL GABLES

Coral Gables is located a bit southwest of Brickell and downtown Miami and is often considered an extension of Miami’s primary office node. However, Coral Gables has a lower population density and offers extensive low-rise retail that is nestled in palm trees. The Miracle Mile, an upscale retail district that lies in the heart of this area’s office node, recently underwent a significant facelift. Lena Weeks, Director
Lena Weeks is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office. As part of the agency leasing team led by Vice Chair Brian Gale, Ms. Weeks specializes in office landlord representation for a portfolio of over 5 million square feet in the South Florida market. Ms. Weeks brings valuable experience in lease negotiations, landlord advisory services, tenant representation and business development. She uses her knowledge of real estate and marketing to best advise clients through all aspects of a lease transaction. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lena worked in both Landlord advisory and Tenant Representation with Avison Young’s Miami Office, servicing clients in Miami, Broward and Palm Beach County. Lena previously served as the Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders Program. In this position she worked with the young professionals of the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices, organized several community outreach events, conducted networking events for the young leaders, and spearheaded various Hurricane Dorian Relief efforts. She is an active member of Miami’s Lighthouse for the Blind Visionaries of Tomorrow Program and the Miami Dade Beacon Council’s New Leaders Task Force. Lena works alongside the Nextgen members of Chapman Partnership, coordinating and participating in community outreach efforts. In 2013, Lena graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University, where she earned her degree with a double major in real estate and marketing.
Jeannette Mendoza, Director
Jeannette Mendoza, Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has been in the commercial real estate industry in South Florid for almost 20 years.  She specializes in landlord representation and has developed long-standing relationships within the commercial brokerage communities throughout South Florida and is widely recognized as an emerging market leader specializing in commercial office space.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, she served as Director of Leasing for Taylor & Mathis, a firm that solely represented Landlord’s.

Jeannette’s experience in Landlord representation has attributed to her vast success servicing from small to institutional owners.  She is also responsible for coordinating all marketing/advertising functions for the South Florida portfolio, closely interfacing with CoStar, NAIOP and other industry organizations. She has also been recognized as a "Power Broker" by Costar.
Ryan Holtzman, Executive Managing Director
Ryan Holtzman, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, specializes in landlord representation. He is directly involved with Cushman & Wakefield’s agency leasing services in South Florida and has more than fourteen (14) years of experience providing advisory and brokerage services to owners of office buildings. Ryan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016. Over the past three (3) years, his team has leased over 1,213,000 square feet of office space representing a total value of over $436 million and currently works on an office portfolio totaling over 7,000,000 square feet. Prior to C&W, he was partner at Taylor & Mathis of Florida, which managed and leased a portfolio of office and industrial properties totaling 12.5 million square feet for both private and institutional property owners.
Brian Gale, Vice Chair
Brian is Vice Chairman of Cushman and Wakefield of Florida. Through his 29 year career, Brian has overseen the signing of leases totaling over 18 million square feet, with a value of close to $3 billion. He currently represents over 8 million square feet of office space in South Florida, with buildings in Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Airport West, Wynwood, Design District and Coconut Grove and has clients which include Metlife, AEW, Nuveen, Cain/OKO, Dacra, Prudential, IP Capital, CP Partners, RealOp, L&L, Related, Brand Atlantic, Wheelock, Banyan and Rockpoint.

Brian has done five of the ten largest office leases ever in the Brickell/Downtown market. In 2002, 2007, and 2016, he was the recipient of the BOMA “Broker of the Year Award” for Greater Miami. Brian’s team has won “Brokerage team of the year” for 2021 and 2022. From 1993 to 1999, Brian was a broker in the Miami office of CB Richard Ellis and from there he spent the next 18 years as Principal of Taylor and Mathis. In 2021, Brian’s team won “Office Team of The Year” by the South Florida Business Journal.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He was previously President of the Brickell Area Association, a member of NAIOP, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, New World Executive Committee. He’s a former Board of Trustee at Temple Sinai in Aventura. Brian is currently a board member of The University of Florida Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board.
Andrew Trench, Executive Managing Director
Andrew Trench, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has specialized in landlord representation for over 10 years in South Florida.  He has worked on leases in both the office and retail sectors of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, but has concentrated on exclusively office properties since 2010.  Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Andrew served as Leasing Director at Taylor & Mathis for over five years, and Landlord Representative at Holly Real Estate for the five years prior. He is a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami Program and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Downtown Development Authority’s Downtown Retail and Office Advisory Boards.  Andrew is a next generation council member for the Community Partnership for Homeless, organizes an annual kickball tournament which has raised approximately $50,000 to benefit the homeless, and was also an integral part in helping organize the Broker Boxing Charity event in Miami in 2008, which raised $250,000 for the Alonzo Mourning Charities.
Edward Quinon, Senior Director
Edward’s primary focus consists of advising clients relative to the development and implementation of aggressive leasing and marketing strategies that most competitively position their assets to maximize overall occupancy levels and create value for ownership.
Edward started his career at JLL in Tenant Representation, prior to transitioning to an Asset Management role for an institutional Office owner and operator with properties throughout the Southeast United States. There he managed a 2.5+ million square foot portfolio. Edward’s background gives him a unique perspective with respect to navigating challenging transactions.
