EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

811 Oak Street is a turnkey and extensively renovated fourplex situated in the highly sought after Lower Haight district of San Francisco. The property is located less than one-mile from numerous AI companies. It has a lot size of 2,548 square feet and a massive building area of 5,725 square feet.
