Steve Medwin, Managing Director
Steve Medwin, SIOR, CCIM, joined Stream Realty Partners in January 2025 as Managing Director, Executive Vice President and Co-Head of the Industrial Services Division for South Florida in the firm’s Miami, FL office. Mr. Medwin is a leading industrial specialist in the representation of owners, investors and occupiers of commercial real estate.
Over the course of his 35-year career, he has completed over 1,200 real estate transactions in 25 states, covering millions of square feet and valued in excess of $2.5 billion.
