Prior to joining Morning Calm Management, Mr. Flefil leased a large retail and office portfolio in the southeastern United States for a privately held real estate investment and management company. During his career, he has completed and supervised over 1,000 leasing transactions totaling over 3 million square feet with an excess of $450 million in gross revenues.

Mr. Flefil received a B.S.B.A from the University of Central Florida (with distinction), where he double majored in Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Flefil has earned the CCIM Designation and holds Real Estate Licenses in multiple jurisdictions. He is the recipient of the Co-Star Power Brokers Award for leasing activity based on overall leasing transaction volume
