PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Tucked just off University Avenue in Rochester’s Neighborhood of the Arts, 4 Elton Street was built in 1911 as a purpose-built printing plant. The presses were heavy enough that the architect poured extra-thick factory floors and even built a sloped, indoor truck ramp so delivery vehicles could back inside to unload rolls of paper and type metal in all seasons.
