PARK OVERVIEW
ShareMD is pleased to announce plans to construct a standalone medical outpatient building of up to 48,000 s.f., situated adjacent to 841 Prudential, upon a portion of the existing surface parking lot. Ground breaking is scheduled for Q3 2025. The exterior will be designed by national architecture firm HED with local design firm Robbins Design Studio handling the final construction plans. The façade is a Class A design with 18-ft first floor and 15-ft second floor ceiling heights. This, according to HED principal Bruce Macpherson, will provide for an airy design conducive to a range of healthcare uses, allowing for several cycles of healthcare provider tenants.
