Medley tends to be an affordable industrial area, with rents typically below the Miami market average. Prior to joining Transwestern, Carlos was an associate with Metro 1 Properties, where he headed the firm’s industrial services group. In this position, Carlos provided both landlord and tenant representation services for his clients and also assisted the firm in generating new business opportunities. Over the course of two years, he was involved in approximately 400,000 square feet of lease and sales transactions.

Carlos is an active member of the Beacon Council, where he serves on both the Trade & Logistics Committee and the New Leaders Taskforce. In addition, he belongs to the Florida Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association (FCBF), the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF), the Make-A-Wish Champions, and the Friends of New World Symphony.
