About Northwest Inner Loop
The Northwest Inner Loop area is strategically located close to the 610 Loop urban core. It is also easily accessible by major highways such as I-10, U.S. 290, and Beltway 8, enhancing its appeal to companies seeking efficient distribution. Parts of Spring Branch inside the Northwest Inner Loop area, especially the southern and eastern portions, are also gentrifying quickly - bringing industrial tenants close to a diversified residential base with strengthening demographics.
The area is home to a wide range of manufacturing tenants serving industries including oil and gas, aerospace, consumer goods, grocers, food suppliers, heavy machinery and equipment manufacturers and distributors, and construction. Some of the largest industrial tenants in the area include H-E-B, Polytex Fibers, Euro-Mid, GeoSpace Technologies Corporation, and Quietflex. Prior to joining Stream, Jack graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Business. Past experience includes working for Mercer Company and Maestri Murrell. Jack is associated with giving back to the community, hunting and fishing, and spending time with family/friends.
Brandon Preece, Senior Associate
Prior to joining Stream, Brandon worked as Chief Sales Officer for Greenback Cost Recovery and as Manager of Premium Sales for the Houston Rockets & Toyota Center. With 13 years of sales experience, two of which have been commercial real estate related, Brandon has delivered portfolios with values in excess of $600 million in value.
In his free time, Brandon enjoys football Saturdays with his wife and two boys, golf trips with friends, and grilling on the patio for his family.
