PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Presidents Plaza offers quality, convenience, and room to grow for the most discerning tenants. Located at the 4-way interchange of Cumberland Ave and I-90, Presidents Plaza is just five minutes from O'Hare International Airport and approximately 10 miles from Chicago's Central Business District. The complex features twin steel and glass facades with superior visibility from the highway. Designed by Shaw and Associates, the buildings are linked by three-level skylit entry/atrium pavilions that allow for an abundance of natural light. These entry structures are sophisticated geometrical essays in glass and aluminum that complement the buildings' angular forms. The expansive four-story atrium lobbies, with their rich, lushly landscaped planters, provide a bright open-air spaciousness that sets a positive tone for the rest of the property. The floors and walls are finished with polished carnelian granite, with flame cut granite at the entryways. Both lobbies have an attractive winding staircase that leads to the lower level of each building. The lighted surface lots and parking decks can accommodate 1,850 vehicles. An additional 500 underground reserved parking spaces are also available. Direct access to the buildings is available from both the deck and the underground parking areas.

SUSTAINABILITY
ENERGY STAR® Energy Star is a program run by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) that promotes energy efficiency and provides simple, credible, and unbiased information that consumers and businesses rely on to make well-informed decisions. Thousands of industrial, commercial, utility, state, and local organizations partner with the EPA to deliver cost-saving energy efficiency solutions that protect the climate while improving air quality and protecting public health. The Energy Star score compares a building’s energy performance to similar buildings nationwide and accounts for differences in operating conditions, regional weather data, and other important considerations. Certification is given on an annual basis, so a building must maintain its high performance to be certified year to year. To be eligible for Energy Star certification, a building must earn a score of 75 or higher on EPA’s 1 – 100 scale, indicating that it performs better than at least 75 percent of similar buildings nationwide. This 1 – 100 Energy Star score is based on the actual, measured energy use of a building and is calculated within EPA’s Energy Star Portfolio Manager tool.
