Dodson Schenck, Executive Vice President
Dodson Schenck joined CBRE|Triad in October 2004, as Managing Director of the Greensboro/Winston-Salem region of North Carolina. His responsibilities include an active brokerage role and oversight for the market’s brokerage operations. In 2016, Dodson was also named the Director of Industrial Services for the Triad and Raleigh markets. In this role he provides strategic leadership for the regional industrial team, and is responsible for the team’s growth and development.

Mr. Schenck has recently represented industrial clients such as General Electric, Beacon Partners, Liberty Property Trust, Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust, Highwoods Properties and APL Logistics. In 2016, he represented a national third party logistics firm in the lease of a 1,546,000 square foot modern warehouse, the largest lease in the market over a multi-year period. Since 2012, Dodson has participated in more than 10,500,000 square feet of industrial transactions totaling over $178,000,000 in aggregate value.

Mr. Schenck is an active member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Carolina’s SIOR chapter and served as the Carolina’s Chapter president in 2013. He is also a past president of the North Carolina CCIM chapter. Mr. Schenck maintains excellent professional relationships with major area landlords, occupiers, investors and economic development officials.
Greg Wilson, Executive Vice President
Greg Wilson is an Executive Vice President on the office and industrial teams in the Greensboro office. He has consistently been an industry leader in both markets and has extensive experience in the landlord, tenant and investment sale facets of the business. Greg is a native of Winston-Salem, NC and currently lives there with his wife and two children.
