Joseph Cooper, Vice President
Joseph Cooper joined SRS in 2022 and has nine years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently with Landry Commercial, he focuses on tenant representation, corporate services, and development solutions for local and national clients. He is responsible for portfolio and account management, and has been commended for his success in assisting companies reduce operating costs, improve work environments, streamline real estate processes, and provide comprehensive reporting. Over his career, he has closed more than 200 industrial transactions valued at over $400 million and totaling more than 6 million square feet. He grew up in California and is a huge University of Southern California football fan. Joseph graduated from Southern Methodist University and has made the Dallas area his home ever since.
Shannon Johnston, Vice President, Market Leader
Shannon Johnston joined SRS in 2022, bringing over 15 years of valuable commercial real estate experience to the team. Her expertise lies in tenant and landlord representation for multi-market corporate clients, a skill she honed during her most recent role at Landry Commercial.

Prior to serving as vice president with Landry Commercial's Industrial Advisory Group, Shannon spent a decade at Cushman & Wakefield. Her tenure there was marked by significant achievements, including closing over 4 million square feet of industrial transactions and representing notable companies such as United Technologies, Ericsson, ABC Supply Company, Office Depot, and WorldPac. Her exceptional performance earned her recognition as a Rising Star for the company in 2014.

She was invited to share her insights as a panelist at the Annual InterFace DFW & North Central Texas Industrial Conference, a testament to her expertise in the field. Her thought leadership has also been recognized in print, with a contribution to a Commercial Property Executive article on "Retail's New Logistics Logic" and a feature in the 2023 DCEO Magazine "Women Leaders in Commercial Real Estate" section.

Before her professional career, Shannon was a standout athlete, pitching for the Towson University softball team in Maryland. Her passion for the sport led her to play for the Swedish National Softball Federation after college, competing in Euro Cups across Finland, Prague, Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland.

This unique combination of professional acumen, industry recognition, and athletic determination makes Shannon a valuable asset to SRS and a respected figure in the commercial real estate landscape.
Isaac Haas, Associate
Isaac Haas joined SRS in 2024 as an Associate in the Dallas office. Isaac works with our industrial team focused on tenant representation. Prior to joining SRS, Isaac was with Transglobal Services LLC where he was both an outside sales representative and a staff landman in the Renewables Division. Isaac also worked for the Beikong Environment Renewable Energy Shuyang Company in Beijing China while playing professional basketball. Isaac also spent two years playing basketball for the Utah Jazz.

Isaac has a bachelor’s degree in selling and sales management from Purdue University.
Katrina Kieu, Associate
Associate with the industrial team in Dallas. Her focus is tenant representation. Katrina joined SRS summer of 2024 as an intern and continued working as an analyst while finishing college.
Katrina has a B.S. in finance with a concentration in real estate from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas – Dallas. While at UTD, Katrina served as a board member and vice president of marketing for UTD’s real estate club.
