Her exceptional performance earned her recognition as a Rising Star for the company in 2014.
Shannon's industry influence extends beyond her direct client work. She was invited to share her insights as a panelist at the Annual InterFace DFW & North Central Texas Industrial Conference, a testament to her expertise in the field. Her thought leadership has also been recognized in print, with a contribution to a Commercial Property Executive article on "Retail's New Logistics Logic" and a feature in the 2023 DCEO Magazine "Women Leaders in Commercial Real Estate" section.
Before her professional career, Shannon was a standout athlete, pitching for the Towson University softball team in Maryland. Her passion for the sport led her to play for the Swedish National Softball Federation after college, competing in Euro Cups across Finland, Prague, Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland.
