Park Overview
Komohana Industrial Park is a 35-acre industrial complex in Kapolei, one of West Oahu’s primary industrial submarkets. Situated near the entrance to Campbell Industrial Park with direct access to H-1 Freeway, the property supports a broad range of industrial, logistics, and distribution uses. Development of two new Class A industrial buildings totaling approximately 121,000 square feet is in underway, including a 91,000-square-foot build-to-suit distribution center pre-leased to Lowe’s and a 30,000-square-foot speculative building that can be demised into two 15,000-square-foot units. Completion is expected in early 2027.
