Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. The rent type will vary depending upon the services provided. James’ clients are stakeholders from all sides of the commercial real estate spectrum, including landlords, tenants, developers and investors. Previously, James worked at Global Retail Development Group where he specialized in retail pad sales and project leasing for new development projects throughout Arizona, as well as acquisition services in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and California. James successfully created and implemented the marketing campaign and leasing platform for Global’s 35 property portfolio in Arizona. James completed over 50 transactions in his first year as Director of Leasing for Global. Immediately following, James was promoted to Director of Site Acquisition for Global where he identified, analyzed and negotiated the purchase and sale of retail properties.
