ABOUT WEST SAN FERNANDO INDUSTRIAL FOR LEASE

The West San Fernando Valley encompasses the neighborhoods stretching west from the Van Nuys Airport to the border with Ventura County. Industrial inventory is concentrated in Chatsworth and around the Van Nuys Airport.

Jeff Abraham, Executive Managing Director
Jeff Abraham, SIOR, serves as a Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s office in Calabasas. He is a member of the team of industrial experts (John DeGrinis, SIOR, Patrick DuRoss, SIOR, and Kate Borden) that joined Newmark in 2019 as part of the firm’s expansion into the North Los Angeles region. Javier Galvan joined the team in 2023, expanding the team’s broach reach across the vast North LA region. The team has a collective track record of more than 90 years in the commercial real estate industry.

Abraham focuses on advising occupiers and investors on the sale, leasing and development of industrial properties throughout the region. He is known throughout the industry for his aggressive pursuit of opportunities, his tireless work ethic and his genuine concern for the goals and needs of his clients.

Prior to Newmark, Abraham worked for more than 10 years in the Encino office of Colliers International, where he first partnered with John DeGrinis and Patrick DuRoss to create one of the premiere industrial teams in Southern California. Since its inception in 2008, the DeGrinis team has completed more than 45 million square feet of transactions valued in excess of $3.0 billion.
John DeGrinis, Vice Chairman
John DeGrinis, SIOR, serves as an executive managing director in Newmark Knight Frank's office in Woodland Hills. Mr. DeGrinis is a senior member of the top performing industrial team in North Los Angeles. The team joined NKF in 2019 as part of the firm's expansion into this market, which consists of the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, the Santa Clarita Valley and the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center. Mr. DeGrinis and his fellow team members, Patrick DuRoss, SIOR, Jeff Abraham, SIOR, and Kate Borden, have a collective track record of 75 years in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to Newmark, DuRoss worked for nearly 15 years at Colliers International, where he first partnered with DeGrinis to create one of the premiere industrial teams in Southern California.
