Charles Lamphere, President
Chuck leads Van Vlissingen and Co.’s commercial real estate development, management, and brokerage business as the company’s president. He has extensive experience working with companies in build-to-suits, leases, purchases, property management, and relocation over the past thirty years with over eight million square feet of space developed in Van Vlissingen and Co. campuses and over one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions. Chuck holds a Masters Degree in Management (with honors) from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and is an honors graduate of Stanford University (Phi Beta Kappa).

He has broad experience in real estate and in-depth knowledge of the north suburban Chicago office and industrial market. He is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP), NICAR (Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors), a director of the Lake-Cook TMA, and is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. Chuck is also a Member of the Board and Executive Committee of Lake County Partners (Lake County’s public /private economic development partnership) where he has also recently served as Chairman.
Nicholas Panarese, Executive Vice President
Nick leads Van Vlissingen and Co.’s office and industrial real estate leasing and sales efforts. His thirty-eight years of experience at Van Vlissingen and Co. have been in the Lake County and north suburban commercial and industrial real estate market. A Northern Illinois University graduate, he is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA) and licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker. He is also a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), NICAR (Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors) and AIRE (Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers).
