The 7-inch-thick concrete floor slab is rated at 4,000 psi, with a minimum floor flatness of FF 25 and levelness of FL 20, sealed with Ashford for durability. The building includes eight 12’ x 14’ drive-in doors and twenty-three 9’ x 10’ dock-high doors, expandable to 40, equipped with Z guards, dock bumpers, 45,000 lb. dock levelers, and 10-inch dock seals. Electrical service is robust at 1,600 amps, 480V, complemented by LED warehouse lighting providing 30 footcandles. Fire protection is ensured with an ESFR K-25 system operating at 25 PSI. Heating is provided by gas-fired unit heaters with spark ignition and power vents, maintaining a minimum of 23°F above exterior temperature.
