PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The site has been granted planning consent in principle to create a Business Park (Class 4, 5 & 6). The proposal is to provide a mix of business and employment units of various sizes to meet local business requirements. The site extends to approximately 5.99 Hectares (14.8 Acres) and it is anticipated that the new business and employment units will be of a size, scale and classification to meet local business requirements. The site is located within the existing settlement boundary of Auchterarder, comprising two parcels of agricultural land extending in a southerly direction from the existing residential properties along Feus Road (A824) towards the ‘Ruthven Water’ Burn and nearby drainage works. To the north of Feus Road is the residential development site which is being delivered as part of the Auchterarder Expansion. Access into the application site is proposed from a consented roundabout (19/01599/FLL) which is yet to be constructed at the northern edge of the site which provides a connection to the A824 public road.
