Child care centers must meet the requirements of Florida Statutes Chapter 402, Section 305 – Licensing Standards for Child Care Facilities. 3. Conditional Uses: a) Public or semi-public facilities or structures owned or operated by Astatula, Lake County, the State of Florida or the Federal Government b) Uses similar to those itemized under Permitted Uses for C-1 Zoning subject to the following restrictions: 1) All business establishments shall be retail or service establishments dealing directly with consumers.
