PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Former engineering workshops divided into a small complex of 5 units suited to a variety of uses (subject to planning consent) accessed via a private road off Hathersham Close in Smallfield. Smallfield is a village that was created in Victorian times, located in the Tandridge district of Surrey, England. The village is situated to the east of the M23 motorway, between the towns of Horley and Crawley, within the parish of Burstow. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
