Alex Schofield, Director
Alex Schofield joined Knight Frank in February 2017 as a Senior Surveyor within the Logistics and Industrial team working alongside Charles Binks (National) and Paul Mussi (East London) on disposals and acquisitions. He has over 4.5 years’ experience working across the regions including Manchester, Sheffield and Leeds before moving southwards to specialise in the North London and Hertfordshire industrial markets, where he qualified as a chartered surveyor in April 2016.

Paul Fitch, Director
Paul has more than 30 years’ commercial property market experience with a particular and continued focus on the north east M25 sector and Herts/Essex/Suffolk, most recently as Head of the Lambert Smith Hampton Chelmsford office, and previously as a partner at Glenny LLP. He is experienced in all commercial property facets, but with a major specialism (and weird fondness for) the industrial and warehouse sector and is an active adviser to major developers and funds, with extensive knowledge of key occupiers and market trends, especially in relation to investment and acquisition advice, the refurbishment/break-up of industrial assets and experience in sector data preparation and analysis.

Outside of work, DIY helps the work life balance, and also allows him funding to indulge in anything Auto related, including regular UK track days in a his lightly modified “hot hatch”.
Adam Tindall, Director
Adam has been with Coke Gearing since 2008 and has accrued a vast knowledge of the occupier markets in the A120 / M11 corridors; he is involved with all commercial sectors, specialising in agency work.  Other services include working directly with occupiers and developers in acquisition of specific property and sites, seeing it through from an initial search, appraisal and purchase to development and disposal.  Adam also works with land owners providing strategic development advice in both commercial and residential sectors.
