PARK OVERVIEW
Innovation Industrial Park is a master-planned industrial park containing 7 planned state-of-the-art buildings, with a space to accommodate up to 1,082,342 square feet. The Park is conveniently located off Hwy 281 South, adjacent to the International (fka Navistar) Manufacturing plant. This prime location offers direct access to International Motors and the newly approved Kelly Parkway will connect the Park to JCB, Toyota and IH-35. Heavy Utilities: CPS feasibility study has been completed to provide more than 100 MW of power to the site. A high-capacity Enterprise natural gas transmission line bisects the southern section of the property with a CPS tap already in place onsite. Recycled water (no impact fees and lower rates) is available. Building 1 is under construction and will be available in December 2025 with up to 7 MW of power and access to recycled water and large amounts of natural gas.
