A high-capacity Enterprise natural gas transmission line bisects the southern section of the property with a CPS tap already in place onsite. Recycled water (no impact fees and lower rates) is available. Building 1 is under construction and will be available in December 2025 with up to 7 MW of power and access to recycled water and large amounts of natural gas.
