At DRJS Properties, LLC, he successfully managed all aspects of residential real estate investment, including property acquisition, renovation, leasing, and tenant management. Todd also led investments in passenger transportation businesses operating in Washington, DC and New York. During his tenure at Lennar Corporation, Todd excelled as a new home sales professional, consistently driving sales growth. This diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ business objectives.
