Todd Scholsohn is a Senior Associate at JLL’s Norfolk, Virginia office, where he represents tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in real estate transactions. His background in business, finance, and sales has equipped him with strong leadership and negotiation skills, which he leverages to provide outstanding service and strategic counsel to his clients.

Before joining JLL, Todd gained valuable experience in various roles and industries. He began his career as the Director of Finance at Florida Micro, LLC, and later served as President of Atlas Computer, Inc. from 2005 to 2011. At DRJS Properties, LLC, he successfully managed all aspects of residential real estate investment, including property acquisition, renovation, leasing, and tenant management. Todd also led investments in passenger transportation businesses operating in Washington, DC and New York. During his tenure at Lennar Corporation, Todd excelled as a new home sales professional, consistently driving sales growth. This diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ business objectives.
