He then moved to CBRE working in the Shopping Centre Development & Leasing team, providing leasing strategy advice to some of the country’s major landlords such as Landsec, Intu, Hermes, Legal & General and Schroders. His leasing and development leasing projects have included the likes of The Lexicon Bracknell, Buchanan Galleries Glasgow, Merry Hill Dudley, The Liberty Centre Romford and Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells.
Prior to joining Time Retail, Rob held the position of Director at boutique agency AS Retail, where he utilised his close industry contacts to help grow the client base of the business and advised the likes of Arcadia, Mountain Warehouse, Starbucks, Muffin Break, RPMI Railpen, and Crest Nicholson on the early stages of tenant mix planning for Brightwells Yard in Farnham.
At Time Retail Rob splits his time between providing strategic leasing advice to clients such as Landsec and Intu, advising on acquisition and portfolio strategy for retailers in the UK, working with the investment team on the acquisition of retail properties, and working with our international partners.
Outside of work Rob enjoys travel & watching rugby, but most of all soaking up the relentless energy and enthusiasm of his two young kids.
